Time Zone Brand – Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Tags and packaging must be intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Please note that limited-edition products, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-returnable.
To start a return, email us at timezonerecords@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, contact us at support@timezonesbrand.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away with photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
